The people of the Chalukya dynasty were famous for their exotic temple architecture and beautiful mural paintings on them. The temples made by the Chalukyas were made by the Chalukyan style or the Deccan style or Karnata Dravida architecture and the work was prominently done on the cave temples build with the same style.
The coins that were made by the Badami Chalukyas were of different standard as compared to the coins of the northern dynasty, the coins had Nagari and Kanada legends imprinted on them.
